  • WTF is Le Bonkeur?
Le Bonkeur brings a healthy dose of reality & humour to the very serious world of road cycling. Don't forget your gels, it's going to be a long ride... As a cycling lifestyle brand, Le Bonkeur is skewed towards off the bike apparel and goods. Our on the bike cycling kit is exclusively available as free unlockable content with verified purchases of our special non-fungible tokens (NFT's). We're just as passionate for block chain technology and crypto currencies as we are cycling. So this seemed like a fun way to combine our interests and create something extra special and unique for our customers. The worlds first metaverse cycling brand!
  • Where are you based?
Le Bonkeur is physically based in sunny Singapore. But we live deep within the metaverse!
  • Is Le Bonkeur a big corporate beast?
No! Le Bonkeur is a very small biz supported by some amazing local small businesses. We're passionate about supporting local, independent and small businesses. As a small biz we know first hand just how hard it is to survive, each new customer means the world to us. As consumers, whilst we love a lot of the big brands, we just got fed up of looking like everyone else and getting too caught up in the seasonal colour blocks. Le Bonkeur will always do small batch runs of jerseys and other core products, increasing rarity and exclusivity for our customers.
  • How are your products made?
For Le Bonkeur lifestyle products, we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! Le Bonkeur cycling jerseys and kit are all small batches handmade in Singapore by a specialist performance wear factory.
  • Where will my order ship from?
For Le Bonkeur lifestyle goods we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Le Bonkeur cycling jerseys and kit ship from Singapore.
  • Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
  • How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at help@lebonkeur.cc
  • When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill (make) an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: ● USA: 3–4 business days ● Europe: 6–8 business days ● Australia: 2–14 business days ● Japan: 4–8 business days ● International: 10–20 business days
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?"
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at help@lebonkeur.cc with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  • Has Covid-19 had an impact on orders?
Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?"
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@lebonkeur.cc within a weeks' (7 days) time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
  • What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at help@lebonkeur.cc
  • Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at help@lebonkeur.cc with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at help@lebonkeur.cc within a week (7 days) after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
  • What is print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand (or POD) is an order fulfilment method where items are printed as soon as an order is made.
  • Which print-on-demand (POD) supplier does Le Bonkeur use?
Le Bonkeur has partnered with Printful as we believe the products are high quality and the level of investment into sustainability and responsibility are unparalleled in the industry. We are aware that there are cheaper POD alternatives, but we haven't seen a match for quality and transparency so far.
  • Why does Le Bonkeur use print-on-demand (POD)?
Several reasons: Made to order Every purchase, big or small, has a footprint. With each purchase, you have a choice. You choose the size of the mark to leave on the planet, and we want to help you choose wisely. Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. One in every five garments reaches a landfill without being worn even once. By choosing print-on-demand, you choose apparel that's created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing. Limiting waste Printful products are made using the made-to-order production approach, fulfilling only the items our customers actually want. But we still have a lot to learn and do to make our production process more sustainable. Efficient shipping Around 78% of Printful orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Having fulfilment centers close to our customers is good both for the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
  • Seriously though, is print-on-demand (POD) really necessary?"
We think so. As a small bootstrapped business POD allows us to bring our ideas to life quickly without creating piles of offcut waste and shipping from factories, to us, then on to a customer. It also significantly reduces the volume of waste. All manufacturers have a stock room or warehouse of product that's old, collecting dust and typically ends up in landfill... • Where are the Le Bonkeur jerseys made?
They are all hand made in Singapore.
  • What materials are used in the jerseys?
We source the best quality fabrics for all our jerseys. On occasion we have the opportunity to buy up excess fabric rolls from major sports and apparel brands to create a special limited edition jersey.
  • Can I buy a jersey?
No - not with FIAT currency! We purposefully provide our jerseys as a free, unlockable item with our special jersey non-fungible tokens (NFT). This provides you, our very special customers, with an authentic item and full transparency on rarity. You know exactly how many jerseys have been made, put on sale and sold. Plus the assurance you know it's come directly from Le Bonkeur. More details are contained within the NFT section of our FAQ below...
  • What's a non-fungible token (NFT)?
A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unit of data stored on a digital ledger, called a blockchain, that certifies a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable. NFTs can be used to represent items such as photos, videos, audio, and other types of digital files. Access to any copy of the original file, however, is not restricted to the buyer of the NFT. While copies of these digital items are available for anyone to obtain, NFTs are tracked on blockchains to provide the owner with a proof of ownership that is separate from copyright.
  • What's the Le Bonkeur Jersey NFT?
The Le Bonkeur Jersey NFT is a digital asset that comes with unlockable content in the form of a physical jersey. When you purchase the jersey NFT you will unlock a unique code that you can choose to use to get a free Le Bonkeur jersey. We'll then ship the jersey to you anywhere in the world for free. It is a choice to use the code. As there is a vibrant secondary market for NFTs you may decide to resell the NFT with the unused code to increase the value. Alternatively you might buy the jersey NFT, claim your free jersey and then sell the NFT without the code.
  • Is the Jersey NFT a fixed price?
No, we're open to offers - but will do our best to preserve the market and fair pricing for all. When minting and publishing an NFT for sale we decided to pick a standard guide price of 0.1 ETH (Ether). Given the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies this isn't a fixed price - occasionally we may even correct this if ETH swings violently in one direction or another. You are welcome - heartily encouraged - to make offers and we'll accept what we think is reasonable / fair.
  • What's Ether (ETH)?
ETH is a cryptocurrency. It is scarce digital money that you can use on the internet – similar to Bitcoin. If you’re new to crypto, here's how ETH is different from traditional (FIAT) money... https://ethereum.org/en/eth/
  • How do I buy the Jersey NFT?
The Le Bonkeur Jersey NFTs are available on OpenSea - here. OpenSea is a decentralized non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace for buying, selling, and trading NFTs. In order to purchase the NFT you will need: A CryptoWallet - OpenSea compatible wallets. MetaMask and Trust Wallet are very popular. Buy some ETH - MetaMask and Trust Wallet guides. Create an OpenSea account Buy the Jersey NFT - OpenSea guide
  • Can I sell just the Jersey NFT on the secondary market?
    Yes!
  • Can I sell the Jersey NFT with the unused code on the secondary market?
    Yes!
  • Can I check code availability for secondary market jersey NFT purchases?
Yes, send an email to nft@lebonkeur.cc with a link to the Jersey NFT you'd like to purchase on OpenSea. We can then verify if the code specific to that NFT has been used. We can't guarantee the code will remain unused, there are always bad actors seeking to exploit the system and harm others.
  • How do I use the code to get my free jersey?
Really simple, go here and select your jersey size and add it to the cart. Checkout as per normal, no payment needed, instead enter your unlocked NFT code and submit.
